Terms & Conditions — cerickex Platform Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of cerickex, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonus eligibility, responsible gaming obligations, and all gaming products available to Bangladesh players. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
18+ Strict Enforcement
Access to cerickex is restricted to adults aged 18 years and above. Age is verified at registration and during KYC. Any account found to belong to a minor is permanently closed without exception and all funds are returned in accordance with applicable procedures.
Single Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold one cerickex account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether to claim duplicate bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or for any other reason — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.
Secure and Fair Play
All casino games on cerickex use independently certified random number generators (RNG). Sports betting odds are set by qualified traders. cerickex does not manipulate game outcomes. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are accurate and apply to long-run statistical play, not individual sessions.
BDT Transactions
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus amounts are denominated in Bangladesh Taka (BDT, ৳). cerickex does not apply currency conversion fees for BDT transactions. Exchange rate risk does not apply to BDT-denominated accounts.
Transparent Bonus Terms
All bonus offers at cerickex are subject to clearly stated wagering requirements published at the time the offer is communicated. cerickex does not apply bonus conditions retrospectively. Players should read all bonus-specific terms before opting in to any promotional offer.
Right to Modify Terms
cerickex reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or platform notification with a minimum of 7 days' notice. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between cerickex ("the Platform", "we", "us") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service offered through cerickex, including but not limited to casino gaming, sports betting, live casino, instant games, and all related features.
By completing the registration process on cerickex, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:
- You have read and understood these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them without reservation.
- You are of legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction of residence and are at least 18 years of age.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent of any third party.
- You are not located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
- You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that cerickex does not guarantee any return on wagers placed.
These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and cerickex. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions take precedence unless otherwise explicitly stated.
If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must not use cerickex in any capacity. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms as of their effective date.
2. Eligibility and Age Restriction
Use of cerickex is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions to register and maintain an account on the Platform:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies without exception. cerickex operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling.
- Jurisdiction: You must access the Platform only from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing cerickex is lawful in your location.
- Personal Capacity: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by cerickex, another gambling operator, or any regulatory or judicial body.
- Identity: The personal details provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and your own. You may not register using another person's identity, a fictitious identity, or any identity that misrepresents your age or location.
cerickex employs age and identity verification procedures at registration and during Know Your Customer (KYC) review. Players who are found to have provided false information regarding their age or identity will have their account permanently closed. Any funds deposited during a period of ineligibility may be withheld pending investigation, and bonuses claimed during such a period will be voided.
3. Account Registration and Verification
3.1 Registration Requirements
To access the full range of cerickex services — including depositing, wagering, and withdrawing — you must complete the registration process and provide accurate personal information. Each player is entitled to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed upon detection.
At registration, you are required to provide:
- Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
- A valid date of birth confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
- A unique, valid email address not previously associated with any cerickex account.
- A valid mobile phone number, which may be used for security verification and account communications.
- A secure password meeting cerickex's minimum complexity requirements.
3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any other time deemed necessary by cerickex's compliance team, you will be required to complete KYC verification. This process requires the submission of:
- Identity Document: A clear copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
- Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that the deposit payment method (e.g., bKash account, Nagad account, bank account) is registered in your name and matches the name on your identity document.
- Additional Documents: cerickex reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation at its discretion for compliance, fraud prevention, or due diligence purposes.
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of a request being made may result in your account being restricted or suspended until the verification process is completed. cerickex is not liable for any losses or inconvenience resulting from delays attributable to incomplete KYC submissions.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cerickex login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account access information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify cerickex immediately at support@cerickex.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
cerickex accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Currently supported methods for Bangladesh players include:
- Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT, ৳). cerickex does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposit must be registered in your own name and must match the identity details on your cerickex account.
4.2 Deposit Terms
Deposits to cerickex are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform. cerickex does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges for which cerickex accepts no responsibility.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals are available to players who have:
- Completed KYC verification successfully.
- Met any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds (if any portion of the withdrawal balance derives from a bonus).
- Made at least one qualifying real-money deposit.
Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within 24 hours under standard conditions. cerickex reserves the right to apply additional processing time (up to 5 business days) in cases requiring enhanced due diligence, fraud review, or where documentation requirements have not been fully satisfied. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per calendar month; current limits are published in the cashier section.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering
cerickex maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls. Funds deposited to cerickex must originate from legitimate, lawful sources. cerickex reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds at any time. Suspicious transaction patterns may be reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable legal obligations. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever operationally possible.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
cerickex offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated alongside the individual offer at the time it is made available.
5.1 General Bonus Conditions
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they — or winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the relevant offer page. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited.
- Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at lower rates or not at all. Contribution rates for specific games are published on the bonus terms page.
- Maximum Bet Rule: When playing with an active bonus balance, a maximum single-bet limit applies (typically ৳500 per spin/round or as otherwise stated). Placing bets above the permitted maximum while a bonus is active may result in bonus forfeiture.
- Bonus Eligibility: Unless stated otherwise, welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first qualifying deposit only. Existing players are not eligible for new-player offers. Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the Platform explicitly states otherwise.
- Abuse and Fraud: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus systems — including but not limited to using automated tools, coordinating wagering with other accounts, or deliberately low-risk wagering patterns — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account suspension.
5.2 cerickex Right to Modify Promotions
cerickex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, the bonus funds and any applicable wagering progress accumulated to that point will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. cerickex's decision in such matters is final.
6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on cerickex, you agree to use the Platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this agreement:
- Registering more than one account or assisting any other person in registering an account for you.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC, or any other Platform process.
- Attempting to access the Platform if you are subject to a self-exclusion restriction or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
- Using any software, bot, algorithm, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not explicitly permitted by cerickex.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit other players.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or underlying infrastructure.
- Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technical mechanism to misrepresent your geographic location or circumvent access restrictions.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for any money-laundering purpose.
- Engaging in any conduct that cerickex reasonably determines to be abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or contrary to the interests of the Platform or its other users.
Upon detection of any prohibited conduct, cerickex reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close your account, void all pending and settled bets placed in connection with the prohibited activity, withhold and forfeit any bonus or winnings derived from prohibited conduct, and report the activity to relevant authorities where legally required to do so.
7. Responsible Gaming Terms
cerickex is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Bangladesh players. The following responsible gaming provisions form a binding part of these Terms.
7.1 Player Protection Tools
cerickex provides the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are accessible from your account settings at any time:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit limits. Reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time-based notifications to alert them after a defined period of continuous play.
- Reality Checks: At configurable intervals, a summary of your session duration and net gaming activity is displayed.
- Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from cerickex for periods ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked, all marketing communications are suspended, and reinstatement is subject to mandatory cooling-off and review.
7.2 Problem Gambling

Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income. Never wager more than you can afford to lose. Set a budget before each session and adhere to it. If gambling is causing financial, emotional, or relationship difficulties, please seek help immediately.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Suspension by cerickex
cerickex reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- A breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- A request from a law enforcement, regulatory, or judicial authority.
- Detection or suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity associated with your account.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
- Reasonable suspicion that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.
- Any technical, security, or operational reason that cerickex determines, in its sole discretion, necessitates account restriction.
During a suspension period, you will not be able to deposit, wager, or withdraw. cerickex will communicate the reason for the suspension and the steps required to resolve it wherever this is permitted by law and operational constraints.
8.2 Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the closure of your cerickex account at any time by contacting our support team at support@cerickex. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, cerickex will process the closure within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method after any outstanding wagering requirements have been reviewed. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of account closure are forfeited.
8.3 Consequences of Closure
Upon permanent account closure — whether initiated by you or by cerickex — your access to the Platform is revoked. Historical transaction records associated with your account are retained by cerickex in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations. Closed accounts may not be re-opened without cerickex's express written consent, and any attempt to register a new account following a permanent closure constitutes a breach of these Terms.
These Terms & Conditions were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. cerickex reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at cerickex/terms-conditions. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice via email or platform notification.
